Amy Schumer is speaking out against body shamers after hurtful comments were posted on a picture of the actress on vacation.

Schumer spent time in Hawaii with boyfriend Ben Hanisch over the weekend and was photographed wearing a one-piece bathing suit while cooling off at the beach.

Now she's commenting on the photo, telling Instagram followers in an empowering message that she "feels happy" about how her body looks.

"I meant to write 'good morning trolls!' I hope you find some joy in your lives today in a human interaction and not just in writing unkind things to a stranger you've never met who triggers something in you that makes you feel powerless and alone."

She continued, "This is how I look. I feel happy. I think I look strong and healthy and also like miss trunchbull from Matilda. Kisses!"

This post comes on the heels of another in which Schumer addressed comments about her body.

In April, she fired back at Glamour magazine for featuring her in its "plus size" issue without a heads up.

"I think there's nothing wrong with being plus size," she wrote in the caption. "Beautiful healthy women. Plus size is considered size 16 in America. I go between a size 6 and an 8. Glamour magazine put me in their plus size only issue without asking or letting me know and it doesn't feel right to me."

She added, "Young girls seeing my body type thinking that is plus size? What are your thoughts? Mine are not cool, Glamour, not glamorous."
