Joey Feek feels "blessed" after getting a bedside visit from the pastor who married her and husband Rory 14 years ago.

Monday night, Mike and Sally Rosser came by the family's Alexandria, Indiana, home, where the 40-year-old country singer has been in hospice care since deciding to give up treatment for stage 4 ovarian cancer in November 2015.

"...blessed with a beautiful visit and time of prayer last night from our sweet friends Mike and Sally Rosser. Mike is the pastor who married us almost 14 years ago," Rory, 49, wrote on Facebook alongside an image of the special meeting.

On Sunday, Rory, who has been updating fans on his wife's condition via his blog and social media, uploaded a photo of Joey wearing a necklace with the name of their daughter, Indiana, plus the names of her two step-daughters, Heidi and Hopie, from Rory's previous marriage.

"..keeping our girls close to her heart," Rory wrote on Facebook.

For now, the Feeks aren't taking anything for granted and are spending as much time together as possible.

"Our greatest hope is that we live each day on this earth like it could be our last day to be together," Rory told TODAY.com. "Not just because it actually could be our last day ... but because life is so short for all of us. None of us ever knows how much time we have or what lays in store."

"I've said it before about Joey and me, but it's true ... we don't have forever — but we have today, and that's enough."
