Behind almost every great Olympian is a mom whose sacrifice, support and unconditional love push her child to succeed.
P&G athletes gymnast Gabby Douglas and her mother Natalie Hawkins, gymnast Simone Biles and her mother Nellie and sprinter Allyson Felix and her mother Marlean Felix sat down with TODAY's Natalie Morales to chat about the time and work they've put into getting the young ladies to this point in their careers.

"My mom makes me strong, and I draw my strength from her," Gabby Douglas said. Allyson Felix echoed a similar sentiment.
"My mom has been the constant for me," Allyson said. "It doesn't matter if I win, if I lose, or if I never run again. I know that she is there for me."
