Cindy Crawford and family are 'not the Griswolds' in Grand Canyon vacation pics

Cindy's hashtag refers to "National Lampoon's Vacation," the 1983 movie in which the Griswolds race across the country to get to their favorite theme park, Wally World.

The pictures of Cindy Crawford and her family enjoying the Grand Canyon are spectacular and beautiful. And the scenery's not bad, either.

Hey, it's hard to ignore the fact that in each of the happy family's Instagram pictures of their recent trip to one of America's most incredible wonders that the humans are almost as stunning as the carved out rock formations around them.

(That's Crawford with her 16-year-old son Presley, 14-year-old aspiring model daughter Kaia and husband Rande Gerber in the picture.)

Plus, they're funny: Cindy's hashtag refers to "National Lampoon's Vacation," the 1983 movie in which the Griswolds race across the country to get to their favorite theme park, Walley World, and notoriously have a very brief encounter with the Canyon.

Kaia also posted her own memory from the Canyon where again, she shows a striking resemblance to her mother:

Presley, meanwhile, posted the exact sort of video a 16-year-old would, if he wanted to both tease and terrify his mom:

And for the record, Rande posted another video, same angle, of Presley's stunt:

Here's hoping they share even more fun pictures from their other vacations. If we can't get out there ourselves right now, this is almost the next best thing!
