With new beachy waves and golden highlights to boot, the summer's shaping up to be a bright and sunny one for Lea Michele ... and we're pretty sure a ton of others will be following in the trendsetter's footsteps come June.
Her new look, which she credits to stylist Nikki Lee and calls a "sandy" blond, is a far cry from the straight, raven-hued locks she sported in her Rachel Berry days (and, well, up until yesterday). While we can't say we don't miss the 29-year-old actress' signature look, we're loving the current change of pace.

Michele must be loving it, too. She later posted a video of herself happily shaking her waves back and forth, and later, photos in which she's glamming it up in a high pony and eating what appears to be a delicious slice of pizza, respectively.

But this isn't the only drastic change Michele's made recently.
Just last month, the "Scream Queens" actress commemorated three years since the death of her former boyfriend and on-screen partner, Cory Monteith, with a tattoo.
"... For my quarterback," she wrote in an Instagram caption accompanying a photo of the meaningful ink.
