Mean girls are so last decade. Celebrities like Taylor Swift have made kindness the must-have accessory — and Target is making a powerful fashion statement with a new line called Generation Kind.

Compassion Brands

The line of tees and tanks was created in collaboration with Compassion Brands, an anti-bullying fashion company. It will feature a slew of colorful designs for young girls, as well as a more subdued juniors line.

The shirts bear slogans like “Kindness is my Jam,” “Be Someone’s Sunshine,” and “Strong is the New Pretty,” encouraging young women to wear their (big) hearts on their sleeves.

But the message is just the beginning. To ensure that kindness is catching, each T-shirt comes with a friendship bracelet — perfect for anointing new members of your kind-minded squad.

In keeping with the line's mission as an anti-bullying resource, each tag bears the phone number for a non-profit crisis hotline run by partner organization Teenline. A percentage of each $12.99-$16.99 shirt will be donated to Teenline as well.

The line is available in Target stores now and online starting Feb. 15.
