Democrats love to rail against right-wingers for “hate speech” and “degrading political debate”. They were quick to condemn Ann Coulter’s remarks at CPAC when she called John Edwards a “faggot”. John Edwards condemned her remarks by calling her a “she-devil”. Nuance, huh? And the major Republican candidates denounced her remarks as well. But the Democrat candidates don’t seem to be able to denounce left-wingers for hate speech: And FOX is the biased one… This is because, I think, it’s not “hate speech” so much as to whom the hate speech is directed. For example, if Kathy Griffin had yelled “Suck it, Muhammed” does anyone doubt that there would have been condemnation coming from all corners of America?
