Just a month and a half ago, Dylan Dreyer celebrated son Calvin's 6-month birthday, and now we're celebrating mom — with his help!
TODAY's meteorologist-and-more turned 36 Wednesday, and the festivities on the show took a super turn when Calvin and his dad — Dylan's hubby, Brian Fichera — stopped by for a surprise visit.
When Dylan saw Brian show up unexpectedly, she thought the smiling sunshine cake he brought along with him was her big surprise. But little did she know that a baby who could "leap tall buildings in a single bound" was about to fly into the scene.
Yes, in honor of Dylan's big day — and with a big nod to guest co-host Dean Cain — Calvin arrived in an adorable Superman costume. In fact, the former "Lois & Clark" star couldn't resist picking up the tiny Man of Steel — much to Dylan's delight.
"This is the best thing in the world!" she exclaimed. "Superman is holding Calvin!"
Brian noted that her eyes were watering up a bit, and she didn't bother to deny it.
"This is kind of like a really awesome moment right now," Dylan said.
It really was. But then again, it was an awesome morning as Dylan's entire TODAY family cheered the happy occasion.
